Stop in at Amada to experience authentic Andalusian tapas and amazing custom cocktails. You’ll love the wonderful atmosphere, attentive service, and masterfully created menu items found in this rustic-chic dining venue.

The menu is comprised of a wide variety of Spanish-style items that are prepared by Chef Jose Garces with avant-garde techniques. If you come in for brunch, their large menu includes items like Chorizo Pamplona or Blanco, Serrano Ham, Aged Manchego, Gazpacho de Sandia, Esparagos con Trufas, Salmon Ahumado, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Hanger Steak, Lobster, Calamari, Scallops, and Chicken Brochettes.

The lunch menu has nearly 40 food items to select from. Some popular choices include the Revuelto, which is made with shirred eggs, shrimp, and wild mushrooms, or the Escalivada dish that is comprised of roasted peppers, eggplant, cipollini onions, and confit tomatoes. Guest can also go for their Catalan Express option for only $14.50 that comes with soup and your choice of a salad or a sandwich. One of our favorites is the Vegetarian sandwich that is made with smoked paprika, hummus, fried zucchini, and feta cheese.

Finally, if you come in for dinner, the menu gets even bigger. With plenty of cheeses, soups, salads, tapas, vegetarian options, seafood, and meats – there truly is something here for everyone. If you want to have an even better dining experience, choose the La Mesa de Jose Chef’s Selection. Chef Garces will create a special tapas meal, at his discretion, just for your table. You are sure to be wowed!
