***Update: The date is being changed to Thursday, May 7th***
DAV Chapter 25 is set to present a custom-built bike to deserving Veteran David E. Mosley – a United States Air Force Veteran. Mosley has dedicated himself to actively serving homeless, at-risk of homelessness, disadvantaged, disabled and low-income Veterans.
DAV Chapter 25 will be presenting Mosley, who is the Executive Board member of the Delaware Center for Homeless Veterans, and President and CEO of DCHV – and is also a double amputee – with a custom-built bike. This was made possible through fund raising carried out by DAV Chapter 25 – primarily at the 3rd Annual Golf Outing – where CENTURY 21 Norris-Valley Forge was a major sponsor.
Mosley will be presented with the custom-built bike at the Phoenixville Boro Hall parking lot on Thursday, May 7th at 3:30 PM. DAV Chapter 25 has been serving our dedicated U.S. Military men and women for 75 years out of a deep appreciation for these Americans who have vowed to protect their fellow citizens. These men and women gave their all, unconditionally, and DAV Chapter 25 works to thank them and help them have a brighter future through respect, compassion, and understanding.
