Start your first course off by choosing three ($15) or five ($24) of the following items:
Butternut Squash Soup – coconut lime panna cotta, toasted coriander, squash seed oil
Mixed Green Salad – yuzu vinaigrette, ricotta salata, pickled carrot, candied almonds
Blackened Beets – whipped ricotta, blueberry puree, red chili vinaigrette
Escargot “Toast” – roasted maitake mushrooms, smoked bacon veal jus, frisee and sorrel salad, sourdough
Porcini & Black Truffle Tortellini – house made pasta, glazed parsnips, mushroom consomme, chevril, crisp sourdough
Olive Oil Poached Shrimp – red curry yogurt, radish, pineapple, watercress
Shaved Pear & Frisee Salad – sheep’s milk ricotta, brown sugar cured bacon, baby turnips, sherry-maple vinaigrette
Charcuterie Board – Chef’s selection of cured meats and appropriate accompaniment
Cheese Board – Chef’s selection of cheeses, individually paired with a house made accompaniment

For your second course we recommend trying the Braised Short Rib that is made with warm turnips, parsley-roasted garlic butter, pickled quince, and crushed hazelnuts. Another guest favorite is their Wild Canadian Lobster which has a meyer lemon-salsify puree, Berkshire prosciutto, golden raisins, and marcona almonds. Also, for vegetarians, vegans, or those with gluten allergies, they are always happy to make accommodations upon your request.
